My wife purchased a pair of Mountain Warehouse snow boots. When they arrived a label was attached showing 'waterproof'. First time of wearing, dew from the grass seeped through. Having spoken to and emailed their Customer Support Department we were informed the boots purchased were only waterproof up to just above the sole (20mm?). Trying to explain that snow when it thaws it's water was a complete waste of time. Hopefully Trading Standards will sort them out as obviously there are a number of similar 'waterproof' complaints. Most importantly, don't but these unless you are wearing them in dry snow!!!!!
