Excellent customer service combined with real value for money products. Their outdoor clothing performs as well as any of the big name brands, I can never understand why people pay up to 3x as much for a product with the same performance spec and made from the same materials from big name brands. I have used Mountain Warehouse gear for several years and it has lasted better than the garments I have purchased from NF, B/H & T 24.
