I Placed an urgent order before we set off to holiday and paid £5.50 for next day delivery. I waited 3 days but nothing came. I ranged them and waited for 45 minutes before someone to picked up the phone and said ok your parcel is lost so we will refund you in 5 working days.
This is my first experience with this company and surely will be the last. Very disappointing
