Ordered a coat to collect at the Glasgow west end branch.Nicest most helpful assistant called David, tried it on, not suitable, offered to order a different coat, but spotted a long jacket in store more expensive, reduced price plus gave me an instore discount. Had visited Glasgow Gordon Street branch a week earlier and didn’t find the staff friendly or helpful. Service I received from David second to none, a rare commodity nowadays, he should be recognised by the manager.
