Did not receive a confirmation email that order was made. Tried to cancel order and get a refund with no response or help from either email, messenger or Instagram.
Fro two days letter to receive a email saying it’s been dispatched. From the same email address I have been emailing! Very poor customer service!
So now I have a delivery coming that I don’t want in which they will use as excuse not to give a refund for!
