I purchased some waterproof mittens online which became waterlogged very quickly the first time I wore them in the rain. Mountain Warehouse asked for photographic evidence of this and when I pointed out how difficult that could be (do they want a picture of them dripping?) are refusing to allow me to return them for a refund. Rubbish company which I will never deal with again
