Chair ordered over 3 weeks ago did not arrive eventually got email to say I could fave a replacement or refund.
Emailed back asking for refund as got a similar item within 3 days of ordering.
Now no response to emails I appreciate the situation the country is in but they must have staff working from somewhere as they replied once.
All I want is a refund so.please process had previously been a good customer in their shops but will think again.
