This review is in respect to delivery and customer service only -
I ordered a pair of boots online and selected the 4 - 6 day delivery, that was Two weeks ago, and alas, the order has not arrived, I tried contacting customer services and was number Seven in the queue, at number Three in the queue and 45mins later, the automated voice disconnected me.
I Emailed them... 4 days later a generic answer came back , "high volumes, covid-19, blah, blah ,blah." therefore the order would take another 10 days to dispatch... It was at this point I requested a refund and cancel the order, again, no luck.
I have now given up trying to contact Mountain Warehouse and will instead RETURN the order for a refund instore as soon as it arrives.
My advice to you is - read the reviews online before placing an order online, and DO NOT order online.
My advice to Mountain Warehouse is - Sort Yourselves out and maybe contact Millets/Go Outdoors for some customer service and delivery advice/training, because you are shockingly bad at both, another customer bites the dust.
AVOID MOUNTAIN WAREHOUSE ONLINE FFS.
