Still waiting for my order for my 6 year old grandson belated birthday present which has been sitting in the warehouse waiting to be shipped for four days now. Placed the order on the 2nd July. Customer service have been sympathetic and saying they are sending emails to the warehouse but are they!!!!!!. The warehouse may be inundated with orders however being ready to be shipped for 4 days is totally unacceptable.
