Placed an order over 2 weeks ago, said 7 days delivery. Not had ANY communication from MW. I have sent 2 emails to which they said they would respond in 48 hours and haven't! I have phoned customers services and placed in a queue of 22 to which is took a ridiculous 2 hours 35 minutes to answer! The female stated she would look into it and ring me back within a couple of hours or email. 50+ hours later I am STILL waiting to find out! They were SO quick to take your money but never provided goods!! I worry I will never get products and never get a refund! Disgusting company and terrible customer service! I would HIGHLY avoid at all costs! Can't really blame Covid now either as some companies are back to next today delivery! I accept some delay but not 2 weeks with absolutely no reason!
