First and last time buying shoes online - was wary as fit and looks difficult with shoes but they promised great returns policy - unfortunately not true. no matter what i try now they wont return emails so have no way to return - they say fill out the returns form that came with the order - only it didnt. the shoes make and awful squeak/squelch noise when walking. just pay the extra to walk in and try. totally disappointing and never again - avoid Mountain Warehouse as you cant return if not satisfied with the product
