Absolutely abysmal what they call "customer service", a multitude of different staff not helping. Or you could phone them if you want to waste your time. If you ask for a return label you only have to wait a week to be sent a dispatch note, which is similar although to be fair it wasn't my dispatch note which helped a lot, this company needs to wake up. I won't use them again.
