I have had an ongoing complaint with Mountain Warehouse since late July! I ordered a jacket and was sent the wrong size. I returned it 31st July and was finally contacted regarding a replacement on 9th August. I had an email 11th August confirming that a replacement was ordered for me. I have today 14th August received a standard email just giving me a refund claiming that the jacket ordered was out of stock - yet when I log in and look online, the jacket still shows as available. Then it turns out that despite me returning a WOMEN'S jacket, they have failed to process this correctly and instead tried to order me a MANS jacket as a replacement - why on earth would I send back a women's jacket and request it be replaced with a mans jacket. The customer service I received is terrible and this covers both emails I sent them and messages via Facebook, they are incompetent,very unreliable and I received a completely unsatisfactory service. I will not be ordering anything else and until now I was a very loyal and happy customer.
