AVOID ORDERING YOU MAY NEVER RECEIVE ANYTHING! Ordered for next day delivery 12/8/20 after almost an hour on the phone due to online problems ordering (system would not accept 2 gift cards and any credit or debit card I tried). I paid extra for next day express delivery having checked this was possible. The order supposedly despatched 12/8 but is missing so tracking number for DHL doesn't work. Held for 30 minutes on 14/8 to be told nothing could be done until Monday/ 17/8 - still no news and no hope of receiving goods. Told on 14/8 that a manager would call me within 24 hours which never happened. When ordering I was persuaded to pay for entire order by credit card and assured i would receive a paypal credit by end of 12/8 for £69 to cover the giftcards . on 14/8 MW emailed to say that refund will not be processed until end of the week commencing 24th August. My order is still missing and having waited for a further half hour they have promised to credit entire order. - AVOID ORDERING YOU MAY NEVER RECEIVE ANYTHING!
