Horrible experience. Ordered two pairs of shoes and 2 weeks later received an email that all has been posted. Waited another week before calling courier just to learn that they have never received any package for me and still waiting for mountain warehouse to actually drop it off. No communication from seller at all. After opening eBay case they quickly sent me one pair of shoes out of two ordered and again no communication, no refund. I paid for two pairs just to receive one in totally different size and there is no way I can effectively communicate with this fraudulent company. Just dreadful experience, avoid if you can.
