Having chosen Edwards, I was very pleased that the whole sales process, from valuation to completion was conducted in a very friendly and professional manner. Special mention goes to Mandy and the sales progression team who picked up the ball once the buyer said yes and made sure that communication between all stakeholders was maintained. Despite the enormous pressure they were under, with the run up to the 30th of June 2021 and the reintroduction stamp duty, they kept us up to speed with what was happening in the sales chain and responded promptly to our questions.
