“We asked Edwards to sell my Mum's house when she wanted to downsize to a bungalow outside of Stratford upon Avon. Right from the get-go they were absolutely FANTASTIC - we cannot recommend them enough! From our initial enquiry regarding valuation, through to completion, their service was exemplary. In addition, the team were all so kind, courteous and extremely empathetic towards Mum who, at 82, was taking the big step of selling her home of over 45 years. Thank you Edwards!”

“During my pre tennancy and now that I'm letting 5 Avonn Mill, Edwards have been great, friendly, quick to reply to any quiries that I have had (And there have been a lot) and also quick to put anything right that isn't to my satisfaction. A good example of is if the Shower that was in the apartment, it was next to unusable, but after contacting Edwards, they sorted it out by contacting their maintenance companies who contacted me and came to the property soon after and installed a new one with no issues. So far, really happy with the service that Edwards provide and have no issues recomending them to others.”

“We would recommend Edwards to anyone wishing to sell their house. Emily was the leading salesperson and her positivity and enthusiasm were second to none. “Carly set out the professional standards that she and the team would operate by from the valuation to completion. The entire team viewed the property to understand what they were selling, all were highly motivated, energetic and keen to sell our home. Emily was our lead sales agent and hosted all of the viewings with enthusiasm and warmth. Charlotte really earned her salary in the final week to ensure completion happened. Her diligence and tenacity with all parties supported the final exchange. We sold our house and completed in 12wks despite putting it on the market in main holiday season, this was thanks to the entire team effort!”

“We recently sold our house with the help of Emily, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From our very first meeting, Emily impressed us with her professionalism and warm demeanor. She mentioned she already had a buyer in mind, and on the very first day of viewings, that buyer made an offer! Emily's communication throughout the process was perfect—she kept us informed and was always available to help with any questions. What we appreciated most was her approach; she wasn’t overly salesy, which made us feel comfortable and supported. In Emily's absence, there was always another member of the team happy to help / advise too. Overall, we highly recommend Emily/Edwards to anyone looking to sell their home. “I sold my house a few months ago through Edwards and have been nothing but impressed with the service I received from start to finish. I chose Edwards over several other estate agents in the local area who simply weren't as professional - or enthusiastic enough about the house! Carly the manager gave a very fair valuation and I ended up selling for just £5k under the asking price which I was very pleased with. Although we had lots of viewings the whole team, in particular Emily, handled the viewings so well and Emily eventually secured the sale. I was really impressed with the detailed feedback I received after every viewing too. After accepting the buyer's offer things were slow, but this was largely due to our buyer's solicitor who for the most part were pretty awful (slow, often unavailable, not picking up on issues which should have been addressed at the start, taking days if not weeks to respond to queries, etc). However, I got the impression that throughout the long and sometimes painful post-sales process that Edwards were going above and beyond to try and push our sale through. Special thanks must go to their sales progressor, Mandy, who has the patience of a saint and coped really well with the hopeless solicitor (and me when things got too much!). The whole team is fantastic – their combined experience, knowledge of the local market, enthusiasm and persistence is outstanding. What more can I say! I would have no hesitation in using Edwards for a future sale (and hopefully purchase!). Five stars to them :)”

“Recently rented through Edwards, very impressed with the standard of service; Laura & Sarah walked us through the process and had us setup smoothly and were always able to answer any queries we had. Alice walked use through organising viewings, offering tailored advice and helped us settle on our choice of flat with a great deal of patience as we explored what was available. The documentation was all incredibly organised, and everything from the signing to inventory management really felt thorough and given with a lot of experience. In a time where lettings are so fast-moving and competitive, I'm sure many companies are content to push people through the system as quickly as possible. It was a pleasant surprise to have an agent go out of the way to make sure we're comfortable as Edwards have, recommend highly!”
