“It can be a stressful time selling and buying houses. We hadn't moved for 16 years and had no idea of how things work nowadays. The Edwards team (special mentìon for Jo) made things as easy as possible and always answered queries promptly. I felt that the main priority was finding us a home we were happy with and a buyer that was genuinely interested in our property. The solicitors they recommend were efficient and well mannered. All in all the buying/selling experience wasn't at all the nightmare that i have heard some people have to go through. Thank you Edwards and Knight Richardson”

“We were delighted with Edwards letting service. Just took the head ache out of the entire process. Our flat was let in ten days! Advertised, multiple applicants assessed for suitability, credit checks, contracts signed, moved in. we both work full time with other commitments, and we really didn’t have to do anything. We also love our new tenants. Incredible value for money.”

“They handled the letting of the apartment they sold to me very well and are very thorough in managing the letting. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending Edwards.”

“The staff have been very friendly and helpful, I've had no issues when dealing with them. They give good notice for when things need to be done by and I have no difficulty organising meetings when needed around my work schedule. Some of the fees feel a little high for the more simple things though, which is why I haven't given the full 5 stars.”

“Overall good experience and very happy with the service provided. Their initial valuation was low in our opinion so we decided to go with a higher price than they suggested and still sold in 7 days to the first person to view who was a cash buyer. Maybe we still undervalued but a cash buyer makes a big difference so no regrets. Sale went very smoothly and Laura was excellent in keeping us informed and answered emails promptly. Couldn’t help but get the feeling that sometimes they were on the buyers side rather than ours but overall the best estate agent in Stratford......probably. Just be wary of their first valuation.”
