All the female staff were nothing short of brilliant frankly . Working under such pressures of the pandemic and holding down a job whilst tending to extra pressures from family was heroic. And they all had great listening skills, sympathy , humour and were always a pleasure to work with .
I hope they all get a substantial bonus this year!
