Edwards did a splendid job in marketing and selling my flat. I appreciated their regular communications, quick responses to queries (both by me and potential buyers), and for keeping my spirits up when a buyer at first couldn’t be found. Everyone was very friendly. I was particularly delighted with the extensive after-sales service (included in the fee), which involved dealing with queries by the buyer, the solicitors, and arranging for minor work to be done to the flat. This was not something which I had given any thought to when I opted for Edwards, assuming that it was simply about getting the sale. I recommend them highly.
