Statements received were consistent. In the past, they have also provided suggestion to solving a disagreement. However, this was only done after forwarding the tenant's complaint directly to us, which they could have been the mediator, to avoid animosity between 2 parties.
They have provided photos of faulty items when maintenance were required, but it has to be asked. We believe an agent should be more pro-active in helping the landlord managed the property by keeping the landlord updated on any issues (e.g: by providing proof of photos before and after ) without the landlord chasing the issue.
