I found that they managed my purchase very professionally. Whilst I am aware they were acting in the interest of their client, the vendor, I always felt they had my interest at heart also. They kept in regular touch, liaising between vendor and purchaser in an approachable yet highly professional manner ensuring the usual frustrations associated with a house purchase were minimised. Next time I wish to sell a property I will certainly use them, and should I wish to purchase another I will look in their books first.
