Bottom Line: Once you book, cash stays in their pockets. You will only receive a credit voucher if you cancel. Even after talking to customer service, no refund will be issued.
Background:
I booked today, Nov 06 2020, for a shuttle service for Dec 31 2020. I did my homework and made sure that the free cancellation was true. Saw the good reviews, read the company FAQs, then I booked the shuttle service. Few hours later, our plans changed, even though they said Cancellation up to 24 hours prior to service date, they will not issue you a refund, instead they will only issue you credit. I asked for a refund back to my card and they state that the policy says credit only. I checked their website and it is not stated that only credit will be issued.
