“Our hotel was tricky to get to due to road closure but he arrive with plenty of time to spare. Our driver, Afaq, was friendly and professional. He was also an excellent driver. I have used Mozio numerous times in multiple countries and have never been disappointed.”

“This was a stress free ride from and back to the airport. The drivers were very familiar with the routes that we were talking to avoid heavy traffic. I will definitely use Mozio for any trips, when available.”

“I rev'd my 7:30am transfer confirmation the day before my pickup. Strike one! On the morning of departure from Dar es Salaam, the driver didn't show up, and the emergency contact was entirely confused about the scheduled transfer. The end result was we were picked up an hour later, missed the flight to Nairobi, and had to book a new flight. Although the company was contacted to postpone my original arrival and advised of my new arrival time, no one was at the airport to pick us up in Nairobi. Strike two! Customer Service reimbursed me for the two missed transfers, but a week later determined that the original pickup time (that Mozio and their transport vendor agreed to) wasn't the typical 3-hour lead time for departures, so they weren't responsible for reimbursing me for the missed flight. I'm done w/ Mozio!”

“I had no difficulty making a reservation through Mozio, and I completed it in just a few steps. However, the reservation system has too many companies, which was quite confusing. There are a lot of vehicle options, and they all look almost identical. If I were an undecided customer, I would have left your website and might have had to use another platform. I have been traveling to Turkey for years, and most companies offer almost the same service. However, I have tried many non-Turkish companies and was never satisfied with them. I use the same Turkish company on almost every trip, and I am very happy with their service. Their service quality is excellent, and their drivers are very helpful. Ali Tour is the best!”

“Vehicle was nice and clean. Driver was on time and even early. He was wonderful with my little kids and even played children songs which were a HIT with the kiddos! So grateful for a positive experience. I will DEFINITELY be booking again! Thank you!”

“We need see Mozio for several transfers for eight people in Barcelona between the hotel and cruise port. Courteous drivers. It was a bit crowded due to luggage but we managed. They did well meeting all timeframes for six or seven separate transfers. Thank you.”

“Do not use this company! We booked for 5 people and 5 full size suitcases. The car he turned up in only fit 2 full sized suitcases. We were left stranded and had to pay another company with a bigger car. When I complained I didn’t get a refund for the ride that we never received! $250 down the drain.”

“I purchased a MOZIO Rallo basin and Mirror cabinet in 2022. Within a year, the sides of the mirror tainted despite regular use. Customer service repeatedly stated that the mirror is not under warranty and offered no help. The design is flawed; the mirror, which often comes into contact with water, lacks a protective frame. A locally made mirror I bought the same day, which has a frame, remains in perfect condition. Be cautious when considering MOZIO products as their design and customer service have been disappointing. This captures the main points and gives a clear warning to potential customers.”

“Horrible customer service. Travel agent booked them for me Fort Lauderdale to Miami. I need to change to next day. No one would respond via email or phone call. I asked them if I could change location to pick up they said no. They were at airport so therefore I asked them if I could meet them there. I was 10 min away. They wouldn’t let me. I explained I have 3 adults 3 children tons of luggage and they wouldn’t budge. They too my $197 tho because it was prepaid. I will dispute this. Very unprofessional being I tried numerous times to call them and I messaged them and still Nothing. I had to arrange other transportation to Miami which I was very frustrated being I was already out $197”

“Avoid. We booked their airport transfer service when arriving in Mumbai. The driver did not show up...Mozio said that he was there...which would be impossible. There were only 2 drivers (with name signs) waiting at arrivals + 4 other people, we talked to all of them + none of them was our driver. Mozio would not refund our money.”

“Do not use the services of these scammers, they will take the money and wait at the airport for several hours, during those hours that you were waiting for this driver, you could have left by taxi 10 times, but they wrote that we are going , we are already on our way. They do not return the money back. SCAMMARS.”

“We made a reservation for a vehicle when we arrived from the Las Vegas airport. When we got back on the plane around 8:00 pm, the captain told us that the plane had an engine failure and that we would have to change planes with a 3:30 am delay. We informed the driver, who didn't want to pick us up given the late hour. We wrote to assistance to explain our problem, but Sofia MENDES from assistance didn't want to reimburse us because we wouldn't comply with the cancellation policy.”
