I rev'd my 7:30am transfer confirmation the day before my pickup. Strike one! On the morning of departure from Dar es Salaam, the driver didn't show up, and the emergency contact was entirely confused about the scheduled transfer. The end result was we were picked up an hour later, missed the flight to Nairobi, and had to book a new flight. Although the company was contacted to postpone my original arrival and advised of my new arrival time, no one was at the airport to pick us up in Nairobi. Strike two! Customer Service reimbursed me for the two missed transfers, but a week later determined that the original pickup time (that Mozio and their transport vendor agreed to) wasn't the typical 3-hour lead time for departures, so they weren't responsible for reimbursing me for the missed flight. I'm done w/ Mozio!
