Our ride coming in with our first driver Zhu Xufeng 12/25/25 went great. He was very communicative. Our return transfer did not go well. We had a 6:00 am pick up 12/31/25 and the driver called the night before to ask if we could be ready at 5:45 am. I told her yes. However she called twice 5:38/5:43 asking if we were coming down or she would cancel our ride. I told her yes, and reminded her as a courtesy we will be early, but please do not mistake our original pick up time was for 6:00 am. I explained to her we were heading down. My 5 yr old had to rush back to the restroom, so we didn’t come down until 5:47 am. Once my entire family made it downstairs she refused to take us. Staying she will cancel the booking. She continued to stress how she had another pick up at 6:30 which is why she called for us to be early. She said time is money and was overly concerned with her 6:30 pick up and making it back on time. She called her dispatch who sided with the driver stating she told us to be outside early. She was more concerned with the driver and not us as the customer. Now a new driver did come at 6:00 am to take us to the airport, but not without the previous lady voicing her concerns. THEN, to make matters worse she called our new driver during our ride to continue her vent and rant to him. He continued to say ok, ok, ok then hung up on her. This all happened in front of her kids. The funnier part of this incident is we own a limousine company in our own city so we understand the business inside and out. This was not handled properly and the booking should have been assigned to another driver who was available. From now on, I will book transportation separately and never be forced to use MOZIO again.

This is by far the WORST company I’ve ever dealt with in 30 years of travel. They took our money and never showed at the airport to pick us up. No response and no remedy. This is a scam and they should be out of business. We paid a reputable company for transportation and they still have our money!! BEWARE

Terrible service - DO NOT USE - Our driver in Spain was late for pick up from the airport and then didnt even bother to show up for the return leg back to the airport (despite me booking and paying in full before I travelled). Mozio completely failed to make alternative arrangements and advised I book my own taxi back to the airport and then claim a refund. Since my return to the UK, Mozio have refused to reimburse me for the cost of the Taxi THEY advised me to book! Useless

Cancelled about 3.5 hours before my ride. I was still charged. I was told and shown that the policy is clearly stated you must cancel 6 hours prior. This is an insufficient policy. Also the driver showed up anyway as he texted me when he had arrived. I was not in the area at the time which is why I cancelled.

Customer service is terrible, do not Use MOZIO for any transfer. they will leave you stranded. Extremely incompetent behaviors.

Do not use this company! We booked for 5 people and 5 full size suitcases. The car he turned up in only fit 2 full sized suitcases. We were left stranded and had to pay another company with a bigger car. When I complained I didn’t get a refund for the ride that we never received! $250 down the drain.

Horrible customer service. Travel agent booked them for me Fort Lauderdale to Miami. I need to change to next day. No one would respond via email or phone call. I asked them if I could change location to pick up they said no. They were at airport so therefore I asked them if I could meet them there. I was 10 min away. They wouldn’t let me. I explained I have 3 adults 3 children tons of luggage and they wouldn’t budge. They too my $197 tho because it was prepaid. I will dispute this. Very unprofessional being I tried numerous times to call them and I messaged them and still Nothing. I had to arrange other transportation to Miami which I was very frustrated being I was already out $197

Avoid. We booked their airport transfer service when arriving in Mumbai. The driver did not show up...Mozio said that he was there...which would be impossible. There were only 2 drivers (with name signs) waiting at arrivals + 4 other people, we talked to all of them + none of them was our driver. Mozio would not refund our money.

Do not use the services of these scammers, they will take the money and wait at the airport for several hours, during those hours that you were waiting for this driver, you could have left by taxi 10 times, but they wrote that we are going , we are already on our way. They do not return the money back. SCAMMARS.

We made a reservation for a vehicle when we arrived from the Las Vegas airport. When we got back on the plane around 8:00 pm, the captain told us that the plane had an engine failure and that we would have to change planes with a 3:30 am delay. We informed the driver, who didn't want to pick us up given the late hour. We wrote to assistance to explain our problem, but Sofia MENDES from assistance didn't want to reimburse us because we wouldn't comply with the cancellation policy.

I had a reservation for the Haneda , Japan airport pick up scheduled for October 9th, 2023 Confirmation Number: MOZ9bf7aaa. My flight was delayed, and the United Airlines put me on a different flight to arrive to Narita airport in Japan. I immediately contacted the company to notify about the arrival changes, but nobody picked up the phone. I also contacted the driver, and he was able to pick me up at the Narita airport. He also tried to contact the company to notify about the changes, but wasn't able to get anyone on the phone. At his request, I paid him 16,000 JPY to get a ride to my hotel. Since I paid for the pick up twice, I requested a refund for the 1st ride. I was contacted by Adriana Erben who refused to refund my fees for the 1st ride. I don't understand why Mozio company thinks it's OK to steal money from the customers. I will be disputing these charges thru my credit card.

Stranded at the Panama Airport for 3 hours. Flights are NOT monitored on their side. We had to get another taxi service to get us out, which was and extra $48 (plus tip) that was already paid to Mozio. They are so unreliable that we booked outside transportation BACK to the airport so we don’t have to worry about it. And to top it all off, they send me an email link in regards to how they did? Yeah, do NOT go through this company. At this point in time, we’re out $80 (yippee, but we were at an airport for 3 HOURS).

Mediocre service as well. Do yourself a favor and stick with Uber which is a thousand times more reliable. Our first driver was 45 minutes late on a recent trip to Portugal. The second and third drivers were reliable and on time and the fourth driver never showed up. We waited 15 minutes which we did not have since we were going to the airport. We would have missed our flight if the flight wasn't delayed so I guess we got lucky. There were no attempts to call, nor did the driver pick up when I tried calling. So we ended up paying for a ride that never happened and had to then call an Uber. The only frustrating part is that we ended up paying for two rides, one of which didn't happen and Mozio refuses to refund a ride that never happened. I cannot suggest anyone use this service because it is unreliable and mediocre at best. Stick to Uber.

Réservation faite pour un taxi à l'aéroport de Venise. Le taxi n'est jamais venu. J'ai tenté d'appeler Mozio qui ne répond pas au téléphone +44 203139 9034. J'ai envoyé un mail pour signaler que le taxi n'est pas venu. Pas de réponse. Bref C'EST UNE ARNAQUE!!! Heureusement que je n'ai payé que 19,50€ mais c'est déjà trop cher payé pour aucun service. Au final j'ai pris un taxi officiel qui était lui parfait.

The company promised me a refund for a trip that I cancelled and then weeks later when I followed up, they decided not to honor their decision. The company took my hard earned money and stopped responding after I showed proof that I was promised a refund. This happened in Las Vegas. I cancelled my reservation after their driver left 3 family confused after we all stood waiting to be picked up by the same person. It was a scary experience and all I asked was for my money back. I had to go out my way to ensure that their driver didnt waste his time to pick me up, since I cancelled my trip 4 days prior. I started posting on their Instagram page today to see if someone would respond and provide assistance and my account was blocked. This company is awful. I would not trust positive reviews on other platforms.

My wife is traveling to Germany from Denver. Her flight was canceled and rebooked the next day. Shuttlefare refuses to help me get her to her destination. We have a reservation and paid over $300 for this shuttle. All they do is tell me to call someone else or get a new shuttle. Now she gets to walk across a city she has never been to a bad train station and take multiple trains.

I was waiting for my driver to arrive this Christmas in Akumal (needing to go one hour to the Cancun airport, but due to construction and the holiday was taking up to three hours - which Mozio was aware of) and when I called because the driver didn't show they told me they were 40 minutes away and not coming i was told, "find another ride" to the airport. NEVER AGAIN - Mozio was not willing to help and they only reimbursed me for the difference between my transfer and the cab ride I had to take - they would not cover the tip nor the other expenses I had incurred. I am a travel advisor, stuff happens when you travel, but to be left like that and then disrespected when trying to work out reimbursement was terrible. The rep I was working with was annoyed that I gave her a poor review and had the nerve to email me about it. REALLY???

I booked car service from airport to resort. My flight was delayed causing a pick up to be a day later, so I let them know I would need pick up the next day. They said once a driver is assigned to you that is it. The driver could not pick up us and they would not reassign a new driver nor refund our money.
