Horrible customer service. Travel agent booked them for me Fort Lauderdale to Miami. I need to change to next day. No one would respond via email or phone call. I asked them if I could change location to pick up they said no. They were at airport so therefore I asked them if I could meet them there. I was 10 min away. They wouldn’t let me. I explained I have 3 adults 3 children tons of luggage and they wouldn’t budge. They too my $197 tho because it was prepaid. I will dispute this. Very unprofessional being I tried numerous times to call them and I messaged them and still Nothing. I had to arrange other transportation to Miami which I was very frustrated being I was already out $197
