We pre booked and also made payment in advance for taxi pick up in Florence city centre hotel. We waited 15 minutes but not taxi arrived. We attempted to call both help numbers provided but both would not dial. I attempted to email but this was also rejected.
This company is a scam and needs investigation immediately,
