I highly recommend to not use this service. I cancelled my reservation that would have been needed in 113 days, 24 hours after booking it. On the website they made it very clear you could cancel at anytime with no additional fees. Well they did NOT make it clear that they would give you a “coupon” and not a full refund. I connected with customer service and all they could give me was a clearly automatic generated response of “We understand this may not have been what you were expecting originally and we apologize for the inconveniences this may cause.” I will do what I can to share this review and experience I had on every site so people are aware and shop around for a better and much more clear service.

Bottom Line: Once you book, cash stays in their pockets. You will only receive a credit voucher if you cancel. Even after talking to customer service, no refund will be issued. Background: I booked today, Nov 06 2020, for a shuttle service for Dec 31 2020. I did my homework and made sure that the free cancellation was true. Saw the good reviews, read the company FAQs, then I booked the shuttle service. Few hours later, our plans changed, even though they said Cancellation up to 24 hours prior to service date, they will not issue you a refund, instead they will only issue you credit. I asked for a refund back to my card and they state that the policy says credit only. I checked their website and it is not stated that only credit will be issued.

If it would allow me to put NO STARS. Dishonest company. Website states full refund but during this pandemic they are now stating refund in vouchers. They say it states in there terms of service they can change the terms when they see fit. But it also states that they have to inform customers of the change which they never. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

Driver didnt turn up for transfer to the airport... even though I had re-confirmed with Mozio and been assured there would not be a problem... Could not get an answer from the driver number... Contacted Mozio immediately and they were not good and did not assist... told to get s taxi and they would refund difference... this meant running in 35'C heat to the main road and having to change money... all very stressful... only just made flight... Customer service are useless and do not answer emails... eventually asked to speak to a manager and was told one would phone within 24 hrs... 9 days later and lots of emails and messages before I got a manager... still waiting for refund... will only pay into a PayPal account which I don't have... and only want to pay a fraction of what it cost me... RIP-off company...

Driver came long before the pickuptime I ordered and left. Didn’t bother to SMS/call me or contact the reception of the hotel. Also normal taxi is cheaper (Mexico) than ordering private car from Mozio.

As long if all goes well, a nice option. However, when you have a problem with a taxi company that does not provide the service you requested, you are left in the dark, without support.

DON'T USE HEYCARS.CN WHO IS MOZIO's PARTNER IN SINGAPORE. THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS. Mozio was absolutely terrible in Singapore. Their partner, Heycars.cn are the worst. Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I missed a connection to Singapore from Taiwan and notified Mozio who notified Heycars.cn at 8:10am or FIVE hours before my scheduled pickup. We were able to get on a new flight that came in two hours later. They said their driver was booked and couldn't pick us up later and that we should make a new booking if we wanted a new pick up time. So are you saying you have or DO NOT have available drivers to pick us up later? They were well aware that we wouldn't be landing at the pre-designated time and decided to show up anyway to "PROVE" that they were there to insist on getting paid. The whole reason I notified them early was to make sure that some poor person wasn't waiting aimlessly for an hour to pick us up when we weren't going to show up. And instead they show up anyway to take pictures to show that they were there so they can get paid. LOL. Delays and missed connections happen all the time. It is honestly shocking to to me the terrible customer service. They said that I let them know last minute - five hours hardly seems last minute. I wasn't sure at the time how easy or difficult it would be to use GRAB, but we ended up booking a GRAB easily (go downstairs to the Basement level) and had a taxi within 5 minutes. DO NOT USE MOZIO. JUST DOWNLOAD GRAB AND TAKE A GRAB TAXI. Same price and way less hassle.

We had a car booked in Hong Kong From Hotel Ease Tsuen Wan to the airport. We followed the instructions given to us and were waiting at the Hotel entrance at the time stated. The car didn't turn up and after several inaudible phone calls we had to get a local taxi to the airport as time was running out for our flight. It turned out the car had gone to the wrong Hotel Ease as there is 3 in Hong Kong. It took nearly 2 weeks to get a refund, and no compensation for the messing about and stress we suffered because we didn't have a receipt for the local taxi ! I'd stay well clear of this company as you can't take the risk of being late for your flight.

We had booked taxi with Mozio that was supposed to pic us up from side sun hotel to antalya airport.  The taxi driver didn't show up and we tried to call Mozio and the taxi driver several of times but nobody answered us. Later somebody answered and they tried to come in touch with the taxi driver but no answer from him. So we booked 2 other taxi that picked us up from other company to drive us to antalya.   We had to paid 130 euro to the other taxi company because Mozio taxi company did not come.  The person that we spoke to she said that you will pay Back for all the cost, cost from Mozio company and the cost for the other taxi company. The only paid back 47 usd. This is not okay at all. We got very stressed out and we were 12 person and 2 taxi with a lots of luggages and we barely fitted in the taxi car.  We almost mist our flyet  because if this.

I booked my trip with Mozio choosing the recommended provider Boston Coach with a trip amount of $88 but couple days after the trip I received a bill for $733 more than 6X the original price. Mozio refused to help address the issue, I have had to call both BostonCoach and Mozio and have spent hours of my time to only get $250 in credits. Horrible service, will never use again!

They cancelled my ride back to the airport on 8/4. They said there were no vans and no drivers. Why book it if you don't have enough vans or enough drivers?

Dreadful service - sent driver to the wrong hotel. Only after 5 calls and 45 minutes did they tell me to get a taxi! Had to plead with airline to let us on the flight. Mozio refused to pay cost of taxi. Just awful, wont even respond to emails. Stay clear.

Mozio sent driver to the wrong hotel. Only after 5 frantic calls and 45 mins delay did they admit to sending the taxi to the wrong hotel - they eventually told me to get a taxi. We made the flight after pleading with them to let us on. Mozio are refusing to refund the cost of the taxi and will not respond to emails. Shocking service I would advise you not to use this company.

We booked a transfer from Larnaca airport to our villa in Protoras. I believe Mozio may have sub contracted the taxi driver as we were collected by Talixo. unfortunately we were due to land at 9pm but didn't arrive until 9.30pm. our collection time was 9.45. I called the driver to inform of the delay (Dora Paounova) but was shocked when she aggressively started shouting where are you down the phone. when we eventually picked our bags up she didn't even acknowledge me and my partner just stormed outside and then abruptly told us to wait on the side of the road until she came around with the car.  Villa Plus had provided us with a postcode but unfortunately because it was a villa the address wasn't exact to the location, instead of trying to help us with the situation Dora proceeded to get angry and rude and make myself and my girlfriend feel uncomfortable stressed and on edge before we had even left the airport.  We got a little lost on the way to the villa which was all our fault... even though we had provided this information to mozio prior to arriving in Cyprus... I'm not sure how someone who lives in Cyprus expects two young English girls to know where they are in a foreign country at night!  absolutely disgusting customer service Dora was rude, aggressive and angry and in my opinion the most vile Greek woman I've ever met in my life and I've been to Greece many times!  on one occasion when we were on the phone trying to speak to villa plus for directions she actually banged her hand on the roof of the car to silence me as she was trying to call someone.  to make things worse this awful woman turned up today to collect us to bring us back to the airport.  again awful customer service... sarcastic comments... looking and reading what looked to be her pink job folder whilst driving 80km on a dual carriage way road. She then decided it was acceptable on 3 occasions to get her phone out and text whilst verging in to the other lane and driving in the middle of the road.  terrible road rage when we drove in to the airport because the car in front wasn't driving quickly enough over the speed bumps.  just a generally awful experience! people like this put good companies to shame. She should be in a line of work where she isn't customer facing as she clearly has no customer service skills and dislikes English travellers!!  NEVER EVER AGAIN If your booking a transfer in Larnaca and your driver is assigned as Dora my advice would be to either book another taxi or just walk!

Dario Gallo provided terrible customer service. Very poor transportation service provider; the company ripped us off and didn't provide the transportation we had paid for with an online reservation. DONT USE THIS SERVICE PROVIDER!!!!!

I booked with Mozio through Agoda. I then realised the service was way to expensive. I cancelled. They sent a cancellation notice saying they would refund the money and would show in my account in 7-10 days. No money. I tried to contact them about the refund. I had to really hassle them. They gave me a dodgy receipt saying they had refunded the money - they were not responsible. Still no money and no proof of refund just a dodgy receipt. Run away from Mozio.
