I booked with Mozio through Agoda. I then realised the service was way to expensive. I cancelled. They sent a cancellation notice saying they would refund the money and would show in my account in 7-10 days. No money. I tried to contact them about the refund. I had to really hassle them. They gave me a dodgy receipt saying they had refunded the money - they were not responsible. Still no money and no proof of refund just a dodgy receipt. Run away from Mozio.
