Driver didnt turn up for transfer to the airport... even though I had re-confirmed with Mozio and been assured there would not be a problem... Could not get an answer from the driver number... Contacted Mozio immediately and they were not good and did not assist... told to get s taxi and they would refund difference... this meant running in 35'C heat to the main road and having to change money... all very stressful... only just made flight... Customer service are useless and do not answer emails... eventually asked to speak to a manager and was told one would phone within 24 hrs... 9 days later and lots of emails and messages before I got a manager... still waiting for refund... will only pay into a PayPal account which I don't have... and only want to pay a fraction of what it cost me... RIP-off company...
