“Stress free travel from Birmingham airport to Leamington Spa without having to take a long bus ride or change trains. My only negative is that the pickup area at the airport was very confusing. We were told we would be greeted at arrivals by the driver with our name on a placard. We were not told to go to the car park where we finally found our driver.”

“Transportation from hotel to airport. He was timely in picking us up at our hotel lobby. Helped with our luggage and helping us get into the comfortable shuttle. Same helpfulness when we arrived at the airport.”

“Pick up from the airport was a bit confusing as Mozio does not have a banner to indicate their presence and they are under a different banner. The drop off from hotel to the airport was as expected and as planned, the whatapp chat was also very helpful to assure the pick up [nice touch]”

“Airport pick up was great and driver was pleasant. Got to the hotel in record time. Comforting already knowing I had a ride when I arrived and not having to line up for taxis or guess on ride share costs.”

“We need see Mozio for several transfers for eight people in Barcelona between the hotel and cruise port. Courteous drivers. It was a bit crowded due to luggage but we managed. They did well meeting all timeframes for six or seven separate transfers. Thank you.”

“Everything was as expected for our trip from cancun airport to the Westin Lagunamar resort. The only disappointing part was that it said driver gratuities were included but upon arrival at the resort , the driver expected a gratuity. We paid but just felt it unfair to say on site that the gratuities are included in price and then having to pay additional monies. Would recommend Mozio as we have used several times and have been fairly happy with service and pricing!”

“Jeremy was great. We had great conversations, his driving was great, very friendly. I paid for a meet and greet, thinking someone would meet me at baggage claim with a sign. That didn't happen. Jeremy texted me a picture of where he was wsiting outside. My luggage took a while so he had to drive around. I texted him the cor if my luggage and my sweatshirt(hot pink). He knew who I was when I walked out because if the sweatshirt. Then held up a sign with my name. Not the meet and greet I was used to. Other than that mishap, my experience was great”

“I used Mozio on my arrival to D.R. and departure. Both drivers were on time and courteous and vehicles were air conditioned, clean and comfortable. My only complaint is I had to call to confirm my return p/u and the hold time was insane. Maybe try email or text confirmations, but I would still recommend.”
