“We visited Seoul last August 28 to 30.The drivers were 30 minutes to 1 hour ahead of schedules. Friendly and good navigators. The only problem is their English is limited. Otherwise we were so happy to book with Agoda-Mozio partnership. Agoda has been my app for most of our hotel bookings but this is the first time that we book for airport to hotel transfer and back.”

“5 maliger anruf des Fahrers bei der Abholung am Flughafen sollte nicht sein, wir hatten beim ersten mal schon mittgeteilt , das wir an der Passkontrolle wartezeit haben und wir uns melden , wenn wir durch diese durch sind.”

“The pickup came on time at the Hotel. Driver helped with the luggage. He was courteous. The Car was comfortable, and clean inside and out. He dropped us off at the Airport. Overall a stress-free and pleasant experience.”

“Very efficient service, good drivers too. Only thing is we got a big van instead of a car like advertised at purchase, which was not what we were expecting. Although very expensive taxi for short journey, because of good timing and driver efficiency its worth it, especially they wait if your flight is delayed!”

“La recogida en la llegada del vuelo no fue buena. No aparecía el chófer y no atendían mi llamada para saber qué pasaba y quién nos iba a recoger. El chófer estaba esperando en el aparcamiento dentro del coche en lugar de hacerlo donde habíamos quedado. Sin embargo, el traslado de vuelta fue muy bien, El chófer fue puntual y profesional.”

“Mark was wonderful but I needed (and apparently so did he) to have his license plate number texted to me in the notification texts that were sent from you. Time and worry were wasted as he was right there but we couldn't immediately identify each other and he was forced by the airport to leave and come back! and emailing his license plate # to me is insufficent if I'm using my phone in the heat of travel to find my ride.”
