“Mizawa's car is very comfortable and her driving was smooth and steady. The only improvement I would recommend is that if she can actually come to the exit holding a card with my name to make it easier for me to recognize her, although she did contact me by WhatsApp and there was no problem meeting up.”

“I have used this company on several occasions & found them to be fantastic.. However this latest trip the driver for whatever reason did not use the expressway which added some time to the journey from airport to hotel.. After a nine hour flight you really want a shower & reach your hotel asap.. But this is only one time this has happened & I would use their services again every time..”

“The customer service was great. The price could've been a little more competitive seeing the destination was very close to the pick up point. However I'd use this service again. I would love to see distinct markings on the vehicle though in order to dispel doubts when the pickup is done or be provided with specific details when the call is placed.”

“I was alone and from the airport to the Hotel it was a minivan which it wasn't as comfortable as it would be. you sit more comfortably in a sedan than the minivan. From the Hotel to the airport it was a sedan taxi but not as fresh as it used to be and it smelled of cigarette in the car. Otherwise the drivers were nice as usual.”

“drivers were helpful and pleasant. the first pick up was delayed due to traffic, but the driver calked to give new ETA, at which he arrived. the return was on time and both were very efficient. I would both recommend and use again if returning to Prague.”

“The driver was excellent, but since we were the first customers picked up, it took over an hour to actually complete pick up before heading to the airport. The last customers picked up had excessive, and over large baggage that the driver made ever effort to accommodate. However perhaps the web-bookings need to be clearer so that passengers do not place the driver in the position of handling it, (was now on top of all other baggage) or potentially leaving it behind.”

“The driver arrived a bit early and waited patiently when one passenger arrived two minutes late. He drove carefully and helped with the luggage. He was respectful, as well. The price was reasonable and we arrived in a timely fashion at the airport.”
