“fair servixe. driver waited for me at arrival hall holding a sign board with my name on it. he also texted me when he arrived to pick me up. decent and safe driving. Just one thing. I had to send message to receive the receipt of fare. If it ca be issued with one click on mobile app., it will be much easier and convenient for those need receipts.”

“service punctual, efficient. drivers polite and friendly, cars excellent.only concern is that drivers used mobile phones to take incoming, probably work related calls, using handheld devices. Coming from a country where this is illegal because of safety issues, I found it disconcerting.”

“Prompt service . Arrival pick up was great . Return was not though due to the size of vehicle . Yet it’s okay . Please provide a spacious vehicle for party of 4 in your similar bookings ahead coz travelers needs comfortable vehicle . Thanks Mozio.”

“There was confusion on arrival as the driver was not at the arrivals hall, as described in the instructions.I had to call the helpdesk in Hong Kong which delayed us by about 30 mins.The driver's explanation was that, he was waiting at the lower level as his large vehicle was not allowed on the arrival hall parking area due to it's height.However, the driver did make his was up to the arrival hall once he received a call from Hong Kong and was very polite and apologetic.”

“En el primer trayecto, tuvimos que esperar unos minutos a que llegase el conductor. En cambio en el segundo trayecto, el mismo conductor, muy atento, nos aconsejó recogernos antes por un posible atasco.”

“Brilliant service when we arrived in Crete. The driver gave us a bottle of water each. We had a drop off before ours but that did not bother us. However on the way back we were due to fly 11pm. We were picked up promptly at 7.30 but then had a pick up in the next town then onto another one . We were told the ride time was 65 minutes but it ended up being nearly 2 hours. We knew there would be long queues in the airport so it really did not give us long. It panicked us a bit to leave it this late.”
