There was confusion on arrival as the driver was not at the arrivals hall, as described in the instructions.I had to call the helpdesk in Hong Kong which delayed us by about 30 mins.The driver's explanation was that, he was waiting at the lower level as his large vehicle was not allowed on the arrival hall parking area due to it's height.However, the driver did make his was up to the arrival hall once he received a call from Hong Kong and was very polite and apologetic.
