“The pickup at the airport was ok. They brought us to our own taxi. The taxi driver connected with our host for the exact adress. So it was a very smooth trip to the center of Istanbul. Good arrangement!”

“We were very happy with this service. The van was comfortable for 4 people and it was reasonably priced. This was much better than a taxi would have been. However, the service tied the pick-up to the estimated pick-up time rather than when the flight landed (they require both estimated pick-up time and estimated flight arrival time via their on-line request). Our flight was early so we waited 50 minutes for the driver. Had they met us by using actual flight arrival time, this would have clearly been a five start experience.”

“Received email day before as reminder of booking and instructions. Received a what’s app at airport to advise driver will be there to greet us at arrivals with name card. Driver was pleasant and got us there safely. For return, received an email reminder day before. Driver collected us from hotel on time and dropped us off at airport with no problems. Great service”

“Driver was on time at the airport and had a sign with my name. Simple to find. Back to the airport from the apartment she was strictly on time. Good mails to inform us about the pick up time. Reckmmandable”
