We were very happy with this service. The van was comfortable for 4 people and it was reasonably priced. This was much better than a taxi would have been. However, the service tied the pick-up to the estimated pick-up time rather than when the flight landed (they require both estimated pick-up time and estimated flight arrival time via their on-line request). Our flight was early so we waited 50 minutes for the driver. Had they met us by using actual flight arrival time, this would have clearly been a five start experience.
