Received email day before as reminder of booking and instructions. Received a what’s app at airport to advise driver will be there to greet us at arrivals with name card. Driver was pleasant and got us there safely. For return, received an email reminder day before. Driver collected us from hotel on time and dropped us off at airport with no problems. Great service
