“The 4 employees I interacted with are why my experience wasn't a complete disaster. I called when my plane was delayed and the man who answered was so helpful and made me feel 100% confident our ride wouldn't be cancelled. When we arrived at Cancun Airport the man who greeted us was so friendly and kept us up to date because there was a sinkhole and he was having trouble getting us a car. After an hour we got the last ride which was no longer private but shared AND the drivers SUV had a broken rear door so he said he couldn't take all of us and our luggage. After 5 minutes my husband asked why we couldn't just pass it through the back over the seats. Thank god they listened and we were finally on our way. The beer on board was a welcome after a 12 hour saga. I will say that this poor Suburban almost couldn't make it up our hotel driveway. He had to back up 3 times before he had enough power to make it. sad. One week later we waited for our driver and Alberto (I apologize I do not have the other 3 gentlemens names) and he called to day he would be 15 minutes late, great communication. What should have been a one hour trip turned into two. The traffic due to the sinkhole is the blame not Alberto. He was hilarious! He had the beer too which was appreciated with the stress of getting to the airport on time. He was super friendly, kept us talking and relaxed. If I got too quiet he would ask if I was okay and then find a fun song on the radio. I hope we go back and can request him.”

“Ride was fine. My directions told me to wait in front of Margaritaville Air and look for my name, which will be held up by the driver. I stood in front of Margaritaville and there was no one holding up my name. I waited for what seemed to be 20 minutes. Finally a taxi cab driver told me to walk up a little ways and sure enough I found someone holding my name. The lady then walked us up to the van area and our van was not there. So we ended up waiting another 15 minutes. Glad I didn't elect for a shared ride, that way I didn't have to be further delayed waiting on others. When the van pulled up, we got in and drove right away. It was just the miscommunication and the wait time that I am unhappy with.”

“The driver thought he was taking me to the airport. Luckily I understood what he said even though my Spanish is terrible. I managed to communicate that I needed to go to bus station not airport, which is what I had reserved. Other than that it was quick and pleasant.”

“I had a pleasant experience with the company and the driver. He was there to greet us on time as scheduled. The only thing was I wished he had gotten out of the vehicle to greet us at the time of service. We had to go outside and locate the driver and the vehicle. But overall I would recommend this service and will use this service again!”

“Everything was as expected and very nice, except the following secondary details: 1) a relatively excessive use of SMS in my opinion, travelers usually need this time for a lot of other activities; 2) chauffeur was not waiting holding a sign with my name at the exit door inside the terminal. We should call each other to clarify the actual exit door, finally we met outside the room.”

“Easy to book through Opodo, paid online and driver and vehicle turned up on time.Very professional and courteous driver, unfortunately hit major roadworks outside Bangkok which slowed everything down a lot, then driver struggled to find the hotel which was in a small side street and traffic was horrendous so that was understandable. Took longer than advertised but partially down to the roadworks,partially down to the navigation.”

“This is the comment we received from you: driver was friendly abd the vehicle was good and seemed clean. pickup was a little confusing. there was really many people with name-signs and it was difficult to find my name among the many signs. we had requested a child seat, but there wasn't any”

“A few hours before landing on Suvarnabhumi Airport I received a photo on Whatsapp, showing the meeting point. On arrival, other photos and instructions were received on my Whatsapp number. It was accordingly easy to find the representative of Mozio near Exit 4”
