Easy to book through Opodo, paid online and driver and vehicle turned up on time.Very professional and courteous driver, unfortunately hit major roadworks outside Bangkok which slowed everything down a lot, then driver struggled to find the hotel which was in a small side street and traffic was horrendous so that was understandable. Took longer than advertised but partially down to the roadworks,partially down to the navigation.
