Everything was as expected and very nice, except the following secondary details:
1) a relatively excessive use of SMS in my opinion, travelers usually need this time for a lot of other activities;
2) chauffeur was not waiting holding a sign with my name at the exit door inside the terminal. We should call each other to clarify the actual exit door, finally we met outside the room.
