“Our driver was awesome. He arrived 15 minutes before his contracted time. He was clean and presentable and his car was clean as well. He helped us with our luggage.”

“Took a round-trip service from Haneda Airport to the Hilton Tokyo Bay in March 2026. Each driver was punctual, friendly and professional. Their vehicles were immaculate. I was kept in contact with Mozio for every step of the notification process. I had never been to Tokyo. Using this service made my trip so much more enjoyable since it was a part of my trip I did not have to worry about. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend this service for their thoroughness, reliability and professionalism.”

“It was so easy to use. The driver was prompt on time and kept in contact with us so we knew how close he was and when he arrived. Helped us with our luggage, Answered all of our questions, And was very courteous. We will definitely continue to use Uber.”

“I have used Mozio car services over the years in Asia. Always dependable and with quality drivers. This last ride in Shanghai was in a new spacious electric sedan and ride was smooth by a pleasant driver. Much better experience than taking your chance on whichever Didi driver/car shows up.”
