“The pickup by the Mozio Company was always on time and the price is good. The drivers spoke English and the car had AC. I did almost all my airport pickup and drop off within Egypt and I had no issues.”

“Whilst the first part of the review is not related to MY journey it is related to "other" reviews I have read here, and on other sites. I am constantly stunned by those people that leave lousy reviews/scores by starting their complaint with a myriad of issues that they themselves have created, only to be disappointed that their "Mommy" won't make the booboo go away. Take some responsibility for your own actions and learn from the consequences. My guy was fantastic. Professional, efficient and exactly what I had expected when I planned my trip. Thank you.”

“The ride didn't happen. I cancelled it with the provider, but Mozio wouldn't credit me. Mozio customer service team hid behind a "policy" and didn't really try to evaluate a specific situation even though I provided them all the info. Honestly, I'm very disappointed that the customer service team wouldn't make an exception considering this was cancelled with the provider at the 24-hour window when the provider and I realized I had booked for the wrong day (I booked for 1 day later than intended). The provider and I realized the issue a few minutes before 24-hour cancellation, but I wasn't able to cancel within Mozio.com as I was dealing with a situation where I had to quickly find an alternative transfer. I contacted Mozio to work with them on the credit within 1 hour of 24-hour window while I was in a taxi on way to my destination. I guess the positive is Mozio responded relatively quickly to tell me they weren't going to help me out. Not the way to wow or win over a new customer that spends thousands per year on transfers. Very disappointed. At the very least, Mozio could have offered a partial credit since I never used the $350 transfer, and the provider had 24 hours' notice. I guess it was easy $350 for them.”

“C'est très bien organisé. Mon chauffeur a été même 20 mn en avance pour pas que j attende seule avec mes 2 enfants. Avant ça on nous tiens informé par mail , nous avons tte les coordonnées nécessaires, vraiment super 👍👌”
