“I’ve booked the transfer with tui the service was fantastic the driver was waiting for us when we Arrived He was standing there with my name on a small board he took out suitcasesFrom us and walk To the car the car was a white Audi SUV spotless and I mean spotless the drive to the hotel was amazing I will definitely use them again and I hope we can have the same driver And car thank you once again for the fantastic service and I recommend to everyone to use this company they could not do enough for you and keep you informed all the way by email and also Phone number it made the holiday once again thank you very much Mr Grenville smith”

“I was waiting for my driver to arrive this Christmas in Akumal (needing to go one hour to the Cancun airport, but due to construction and the holiday was taking up to three hours - which Mozio was aware of) and when I called because the driver didn't show they told me they were 40 minutes away and not coming i was told, "find another ride" to the airport. NEVER AGAIN - Mozio was not willing to help and they only reimbursed me for the difference between my transfer and the cab ride I had to take - they would not cover the tip nor the other expenses I had incurred. I am a travel advisor, stuff happens when you travel, but to be left like that and then disrespected when trying to work out reimbursement was terrible. The rep I was working with was annoyed that I gave her a poor review and had the nerve to email me about it. REALLY???”

La reservation à été faite depuis la France 5 jours avant notre arrivée ,nous avions choisi la dimension du véhicule .”

“The overall service is convienient, affordable, and professional. Drivers are helpful, patient and kind. Prior to trip, communication with instructions were clear and helpful. Upon arrival to airport, a representative was there with a sign to greet my family. We waited a few minutes for the driver to arrive, which was enough time to go to restroom before heading to our hotel. Communication during our stay was good and a confirmation message was sent the day before. On the day of my departure, pick up from my hotel was timely. The hotel check out process was long and driver was patient and still got us to the airport within 2 hours of our flight. Overall, I was very pleased with this service. Would highly recommend.”

“The driver was terrific - prompt, friendly and gave us great tips about the city. The vehicle was spotless and luxurious and the ride was very comfortable. Everything from airport pick-up to drop off at our accommodations went without a hitch.”
