I reserved a driver in Santorini, June 22. Our flight was cancelled and we were not able to get to Greece. I emailed immediately to tell the company not to send their drive. They sent me back an email telling me my flight was not cancelled. There may have been a language barrier, but if not, I felt offended they practically told me I was lying about my flight being cancelled. I sent another email with my flight number and details so they could look it up and see it was cancelled. We drove home and continued cancelling bookings and rearranging our trip. I received a call the next day from the driver wondering where I was. HOW RUDE of this company to send the driver out to get us when we called the day before to tell them we weren't coming. I believe they may have let the driver go get us to make sure they got half their money. I apologized to the driver and told him his company, specifically JOHN, knew we weren't coming and that was horrible they let/made him drive out anyway. We received $25 back from our $60 reservation (return was refunded). Don't use this company. I feel sorry for the driver and next time, it will be cheaper to use a taxi from the airport anyway. (they charged $60 round trip for less than 10K trip) - not happy
