Rafaella contacted us prior to our flight to the Dominican Republic with her photo so we could recognize her at the airport. She gave us some travel tips like use only bottled water and take a photo of our passport and leave the passport in the room safe. She also sent us a link to some activities and followed up on how we were doing.
