Mozio was a dependable transportation service for our arrival and departure out of Osaka. We had a negative experience with the arrival and Lucas Flores responded right away and even extended a credit. The negative experience was with the driver and the type of car the vendor (Elife Limo) sent. The departure however, went very efficiently and smoothly. The driver with EFG Cars was excellent. He arrived as scheduled, loaded all our bags, ensured our comfort and got us to the airport without a hitch. I will definitely use Mozio for future transportation needs.
