We ordered 4 taxis. From airport to hotel and return twice. Very very pleased. Drivers were there early at hotels waiting for us. Dispute a huge delay on one flight, driver still there . All drivers were polite , helpful and careful drivers no lunatics . My only recommendation would be to give more instruction as to how to find drivers. Bangkok is a huge airport struggled to find pick up point. If they had said go to exit 3 for example, it would have been much easier. We will definitely be using this company again. All the cars also were very good, no rust buckets. Very pleased.
