Both riders (I scheduled a round trip) were extremeley kind, professional and punctual. At first I thought the service was a bit pricey compared to Uber, but it is absolutely worth it: no waiting time, plenty of space for all of our luggage and a very smooth ride. Will definitely use it again next time I visit Miami.
